ALLEGIANCE RIB CHALLENGE

Smoke on the Shores kicks off Friday night with the Allegiance Rib Challenge. Professional and backyard teams will compete for $1,500 in cash and prizes. KCBS members earn points toward Ribs Team of the Year, and the winner receives an invitation to the Rib Finals at the KCBS World Invitational. Competitors must provide their own meat and pass a mandatory meat inspection.
