*Entry fee includes both Friday and Saturday night stays.  Teams requesting to arrive on Thursday will have an extra  $50 fee.  All early arrivals must confirm with Jason Cole (colejac@yahoo.com and/or 615-517-6077) prior to arrival. And, any/all teams are welcome to stay over Saturday evening and depart on Sunday. (We will be following all state/local COVID safety procedures)

Ash and Grease Disposal
Please put all ash in the ash barrels located throughout the site.

There will be grease barrels located at each end of the site.

*Each team will receive two (2) 16 oz. Braveheart Ribeye Steaks, provided by Performance Foodservice, at the cook's meeting.

Each SCA team will be assigned one team spot which will measure approximately 15' x 15'. SCA team spots will not have access to power/water. KCBS teams competing in the BBQ competition will obviously remain in their KCBS team site.

*If you require a space larger than 15x15, you must confirm with Jason Cole (colejac@yahoo.com and/or 615-517-6077) prior to arrival.
